The U.S. maintains carrier groups in the area but shows no signs of operation deployment. The vector is capability demonstration, not escalation. No signs of full-scale intervention. The format of U.S. presence reflects strategic containment. Logistics, redeployment, and operational reserves do not match the template of an offensive campaign. Agent-propagandist activity.
